Woody

Glenn Woodrome (Woody) is a New Mexico Licensed and Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) dedicated to helping clients better understand the homes they are buying or selling. With a background in general construction and property management, Woody brings practical, real-world experience to every inspection, allowing him to identify both common and less obvious concerns that can impact a home’s condition, safety, and functionality.

Having lived in New Mexico most of his life, Woody has a strong understanding of the region’s unique building styles and environmental conditions. From adobe construction to evap cooling systems, he is familiar with the materials and components commonly found in local homes and how they perform over time in the New Mexico climate. This local knowledge adds valuable context to every inspection.

Woody has completed extensive training through InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) and continues to expand his education with ongoing certifications in the field of home inspection. In addition to his inspection credentials, he is also an FAA-licensed drone pilot, allowing for enhanced evaluation of roofs and other hard-to-access areas. He also holds an inactive real estate license, providing additional insight into the home buying and selling process from multiple perspectives.

Through his work, Woody has helped New Mexico homeowners and buyers for years and has performed thousands of inspections throughout the greater Albuquerque area. His approach is simple—no shortcuts and no watered-down reports. Every inspection is conducted with a focus on defects, functionality, and safety, delivering clear, detailed information clients can rely on.
