Buying or selling a home can be exciting, stressful, and sometimes a little overwhelming—especially for the youngest members of the family. While the grown-ups are busy with paperwork, inspections, and moving plans, kids may be wondering about something much more important...

"Are there any monsters in my new house?"

At Quail Creek Home Inspections, we believe every family deserves a little extra peace of mind. That's why our Certified Professional Inspector performs a Monster Inspection during the home inspection. Along with carefully evaluating the home's systems and components, our inspector also keeps a watchful eye for any signs of ghosts, goblins, monsters, closet creatures, bed monsters, attic beasts, or anything else that might make bedtime a little scary.

We'll check all the usual monster hiding places, including:

• Under the beds

• Inside closets

• Dark corners

• The attic

• Behind doors

• And anywhere else a sneaky monster might be hiding!

If no monsters are found (which is usually the case!), we'll gladly provide a Monster-Free Home Certificate upon request. It's a fun keepsake for the kids and a great way to help them feel excited and comfortable about moving into their new home.
